The Betlem Cave was also commanded during the Battle of the Ebro, with international brigadistas such as Alvah Bessie (Alvah Bessie was an American writer and journalist who in 1938 fought in the Spanish Civil War as a volunteer for the Lincoln Brigade).

In the direction of Móra d'Ebre by the national 420, at 2.8 kilometers turn left along the road and go under the national tunnel. Continue along this same road without deviating by any fork until you reach the Cave of Betlem (there is a signage).
